Sometimes we get stuck thinking about all the negative things, and the things we wish we could change.
When that happens, it is really helpful to focus on being thankful. A gratitude jar is one way to do this, but you can also use your creativity to think of lots of other ways! Think about all of the things you are grateful about. Each day, write down what you are thankful for and stick it in the jar.
When you feel upset about life, spend a few minutes reading your old notes!
